We are experts in all aspects of wedding planning and event organisation as well as tipi and tent building.  We have over twenty two years’ experience delivering luxury events for some of the World’s most discerning people.

Our reputation is everything so our mission is to exceed your expectations, delivering beautiful tipis and tents that surprise and delight you and your guests.

We have worked in some of the most challenging venues, finding solutions that protect fragile spaces without compromising on fabulous events.

We hired the tipis for our wedding from Tipi Spaces and our experience couldn’t have been better.  

From the very beginning of the planning process right to the end Tipi Spaces were professional, knowledgeable, passionate, friendly and reliable.  

Shane and Charlotte are mines of information and have a real love and passion for what they do.  We always felt we could communicate at any time over any query and Charlotte was always fast to respond with a fountain of information.  

Our wedding photographs at the tipi are incredible and unique.  

We don’t have enough good words to say about Tipi Spaces.  If you’re getting married or having an event choose them for your venue, we’re so glad we did.

We hired Tipi Spaces for our wedding in Devon, and they were absolutely perfect. Charlotte was always quick to respond, was incredibly helpful in the planning, and was always willing to offer support. Her and Shane conducted a site visit in advance to confirm they had all of the space they needed, which was really reassuring.

During the Tipi build and tear down, Charlotte, Shane, and their team were absolutely superb. They were approachable, friendly, and professional throughout. We had asked for a lot, the full three tipis, with a pagoda tent for the caterers, and a dancefloor in one of the tipis. They did an amazing job of it.

We had around 96 guests for the wedding dinner, and then about 140-150 later in the evening. Everybody commented on how amazing the tipis looked and were really impressed by them.

We owe Tipi Spaces a massive thank you for their amazing work, they really made out wedding a special day. The tipis truly made it for us. The team are absolutely fantastic, and will go the extra mile for you. We could not recommend Tipi Spaces enough, if you want a tipi event then look no further.

My son and his wife hired Tipi Spaces for their wedding party. They had been married in Greece a few weeks before but wanted to celebrate the wedding with friends who were unable to attend the wedding. Shane and Charlotte had been down to see us earlier in the year to carry out a recce of the site that the Tipi’s were ging to be set up. Both of them were very approachable, organised and professional from the start. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The layout of the three Tipi’s was one they had not erected before especially as it required a kitchen tent.The tipi’s went up with the minimum of fuss and when complete looked magnificent. The party was attended by over 100 guests who were seated for a meal after which a number of other friends arrived for the evening event. In all there were in the region of 150 guests many of who spent a fair bit of time on the dance floor that Shane was able to lay.

The day ran 100% perfectly and much of the credit for this goes to both Shane and Charlotte. I can’t thank them enough for all they did for my son and his wife.

If you are thinking of having a Tipi function please chose them they are very, very good and go the extra mile to help their customers.

We hired the duo tipis with an attached pagoda tent for our wedding, which accommodated the 100 adults and 50 kids we had at our wedding. The tipis were beautiful and very clean, and created such a cosy and magical atmosphere on the day.

Charlotte was also extremely helpful in the planning process leading up to the wedding, offering a lot of options and solutions to problems we had, whether that was supplying furniture or equipment themselves, suggesting other competitively priced suppliers as well as helping to plan the logistics for the day, such as a well thought through running order and a rain contingency plan.

They were very professional in all their communications with us, and they really made the whole process go smoothly and without any stress, which is all you can hope for when planning your own wedding. I’d highly recommend them to anyone planning an outdoor event.
